Mark your calendars for Thursday, July 20th through Sunday, July 23rd and the 1st Annual TSG Midwest Regional Campout and Retreat! While technically the 4th of its kind, this is the first year for a wider collaboration of Midwest troops and Round Hill-Camp Angelus (https://roundhillinc.com/). We are also extending the invitation to troops across the nation, as July is a beautiful time to visit Wisconsin coupled with a pilgrimage to the Our Lady of Guadalupe Shrine in La Crosse (just 90 miles away ~ http://www.guadalupeshrine.org/).
We will be blessed with Mass, Confession, nightly Rosary and Spiritual Talks by Father Brenna. Daily activities to include canoe trips up and down the Chippewa River, instruction on canoe/kayak safety and basic skills, swimming, fly casting demonstrations, fishing on the river or nearby Silver Birch Lake, knife/axe skills and safety, fire starting skills and safety, archery, inter-troop tug-o-war competition, hiking on the trails and up to the top of Round Hill and much more!
