Clothing Return Policy

The Troops of Saint George and JRW2 Marketing Services hope that you are pleased with your TSG clothing items. However, if you find it necessary to return merchandise, it should be returned AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Please email JRW2 Marketing Services at johnwashmon@msn.com within 7 days of the delivery of the merchandise to be returned with:

  1. Full name on original order
  2. Items being returned
  3. Quantity for each of these items being returned / exchanged
  4. Brief description for the return of each item /exchange
  5. Are you requesting a refund or exchange?
    • If exchange, what sizes need to be sent in replacement (additional shipping will apply)
  6. Mail the items being returned to (Temporary address below through September):

Our return/exchange policy is as follows:

  • Return within 21 days for full refund
  • After 21 days, no returns will be accepted

All items must be returned unused. We regret that we cannot accept worn, washed, or damaged items (including stains or odor) for return or exchange.

Shipping:

Shipping charges on an exchange or return are the responsibility of the customer. When you ship a product to us for return, make sure that you insure it and have the ability to track your item. If your item is lost in transit to us, we are not responsible. Credit/Refund and / or Exchanges can take up to 2-4 weeks to receive back. Credit/Refund will only be issued once merchandise is received by JRW2 Marketing Services. Exchanges will be mailed only after receipt of exchanged merchandise by JRW2 Marketing Services.
