Based out of Holy Family Parish in South Ogden and nestled next to the Wasatch Front mountains, Troop 929 is a solid group dedicated to the TSG Mission of raising up holy Catholic men!
The number 929 represents September 29th, which is traditionally known as Michaelmas. This is the feast day of saints Michael, Gabriel, and Raphael. The story goes that St. Michael threw Lucifer down to Earth on Sep. 29th and Lucifer landed on a thorny blackberry bush. He then spit on the bush in distain. Thus, blackberries picked after Sep. 29th tend to be sour. Ha!
These three angels, Mother Mary, St. Joseph, and St. George guide our troop to respond to the universal call to holiness using nature as the canvas for this adventure.

Monthly Troop Meetings
Date :Venue : Holy Family ParishOur troop meets every third Tuesday from 6-7:30 PM in the Basement of Holy Family Parish.
There are a few exceptions this year:
September – Meeting will be located in the Social Hall of Holy Family
November: Meeting will be on Tue, Nov. 14th, instead of the regular Nov. 21st.
July & December: These are down months due to high vacation and family time desires.
