Welcome!

The cadets and leaders of Troop 413 welcome you to visit us at any of our regular meetings or open special events. We try to meet once a month around 6-8 pm or schedule a special event at a different time.

Meaning of Troop Number:

Our troop number (413) is a nod to Joshua 4:13 — “about 40,000 armed for battle, crossed over before the LORD to the plains of Jericho for war”.

We take this as a motto for our troop as the goal in the troop is to prepare ourselves for spiritual battle, but we recognize that we cannot do this without the Lord’s help.

Past Activities:

Some of our past activities have included: volunteering at Feed My Starving Children, pinewood derby, kickball tournament at parish, serving donuts, canoeing backwaters of the Mississippi, learning to shoot .22 rifle, hanging stations of the cross, hiking a river bluff, first sacraments retreat and more.
