Welcome to the Troops of St George Troop 247 out of Gastonia NC. This group is dedicated to raising our boys to be strong Catholic men through the love and devotion of their fathers, grand fathers, godfathers, and male guardians by means of the outdoors and all things God and man. TSG 247 is derived from… 2Timothy 4:7… 7 I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.
We look forward to having you and your child join us on this endeavor to answer God’s call to vocations. This is an ACTIVE parent/child group where the adult men are active in this group by coaching and guiding the young boys/men in all things Catholic and “manly”.
